Real Estate Appraisal
My beginnings & foundation in real estate was real estate appraisal, and years later I was able to obtain the license of Certified Residential Appraiser from the State of Florida (#RD6321).
After my start in Real Estate, it seemed natural to move into sales as I enjoy working with people and making their dreams come true. I am currently seeking my Real Estate Brokers license in order to serve my clients better. With several years of residential appraisal experience under my belt, I hope to move into the commercial appraisal arena soon. Eventually, my goal is to hold the Certified General Appraiser license and the Real Estate Borker’s license. I am not too far off from this point and hope that my knowledge and ethics will provide clients with the peace of mind they deserve in any real estate transactions they may require.
